Return Policy
1. Overview
This Return Policy applies to all digital plan packages purchased from Earthenergyin through earthenergyin.world. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and provide clear guidelines for returns and refunds.
2. Digital Products
Our plan packages are delivered electronically as PDF templates, worksheets, and digital calendar files. Because these are digital goods that can be downloaded immediately upon delivery, standard return conditions for physical products do not apply.
3. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:
- You have not downloaded or accessed the digital materials.
- The materials received are materially different from what was described on the product page.
- Technical issues prevented you from accessing the delivered files, and we were unable to resolve the issue within 5 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- Digital materials have been downloaded or accessed.
- Guided review sessions that have already been conducted.
- Dissatisfaction based on personal planning outcomes, as results vary by individual circumstances.
- Purchases made more than 14 days prior to the refund request.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at contactus@earthenergyin.world with your order details, purchase date, and reason for the request. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
7. Session Rescheduling
For the Guided Review Cycle plan, review sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Missed sessions without prior notice cannot be refunded but may be rescheduled at our discretion.
8. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 of New Zealand. If our digital products fail to meet guaranteed standards, you may be entitled to a remedy under applicable law.
